You need a "Voltage Inverter" to change DC volts to AC volts. Mount a Window Air Conditioner in the Rear Window with Duck Tape and plug it into your Inverter. A friend did this with an old 1964 Beetle. Looked weird, but, it worked and got a few laughs for Originality. Takes a fairly large Inverter and small AC 4,000-5,000 BTU.

you don't It does not have an alternator, no way to recharge the battery. So roll down your windows and open the triangle windows and drive really fast.
