Esther, it seems Mother Nature cannot be giving us any more alerts in that we need to accept what it is capable of doing, alas, we continue to ignore it. We need re-evaluation, new approaches, and tons of investment that will eventually pay back tenfold. DannyK is on the right track. Be well.

I think they should invest in a better drainage and levee system.
