You have my sympathy. I had to live without a kitchen for a little while once, and I understand that takeout and PB&J gets old after a while. Here are some simple things I discovered you can do at home without a fridge, stove, or oven:

1. Nachos. Buy baked tortilla chips for lower fat, then top with the kind of salsa in jars that contains black beans. Add some diced avocado and some shredded cheddar or jack cheese, and you've got something very tasty and hearty enough for a meal.

2. Salad. A bag of pre-washed salad greens, some papaya slices, a can of tuna or salmon, some sliced almonds or cashews, and a good quality asian-style salad dressing is all it takes to make a balanced meal out of salad fixings.

3. Croissants. You can jazz up the boring old sandwich by picking up some decent croissants at a bakery, spreading them with cream cheese, and filling them with sliced deli ham and tomatoes.

Good luck. And no worries, even kitchen remodels do pass.

Quizno's, they've got the best sandwiches, and soups (I know it's hot, but whatever) and they're reasonably priced.
