I understand because I had the same problem. I went from let's say flat to fluffy over the summer between the seventh and eighth grades. Mine kept growing until I was almost 20. I was painfully thin, 115 on a 5'7" frame and they grew to 34F.
What you can do is realize that there is nothing you can do to stop them, it is genetic. My granny was so big that she could place a book in her cleavage, read it hands free while cooking or cleaning.
One suggestion, minimizer bras. You will really have to physically go and try on different brands, but you will find one that will work for you and gives you the look you want.
Realize also that boys your age are on a hormone rampage. They haven't learned yet that it is not socially acceptable or particularly kind to jeer. For the time being, ignore their immaturity, but be aware of where their hands are at all times.

Everyone's body is different. You could continue to grow but you may not. I was full size by the time I was 13 and didn't get any bigger in that department. I was a tomboy also. I felt just like you, small body but big up there. You can get past it, but you simply have to learn to find the upside to the situation. You have to believe that this is the way you were made and it is BEAUTIFUL.
ZCILINKS....... Don't be such a jerk. Leave her alone. We can't all be happy with a small memeber.

at 15 you still have a few years of growth to go, and more then likely they will also. this can cause back pain, spinal compression, make it difficult to do self exams or do mammograms for cancer in the future and leave emotional scars.don't be scared to say something.
have your parents take you to see an Endocrinologist ( not the GYN) this is a doctor who specializes in hormone related problems. he can test to see if you have a problem with all the interacting growth hormones that make the breast tissue grow and suggest treatment. sometimes breast reduction is necessary to elevate the back pain. And as for the guys, its normal curiosity at your age but don't allow them to be rude or touch you. you have a right to your privacy. good luck.

i have the same problem. but the time i was 13 i had 36D's. they cause me killer back pain. there really are only three things you can do.
1)embrace them and still be confident with them
2)although you mentioned you are skinny, excersize actually decreases your cup size.
3)when you get a little older you can have breast reduction surgery
diet and excersize helped me go down an entire cup and helped decrease my back pains. but i might still get reduction surgery later on in life. for now i just work with what i have but still be modest.

well some people treasure it and value it. the breast will increase and if you allow the boys to play around with them then it will not only grow but will become flat so take care and ewnjoy its beauty when it last.

don't worry - enjoy your youth - look at yourself in the mirror and keep staring until you find something you like, talk to yourself in kind voice and be happy with who you are - keep doing this everyday - as the saying goes you fake it until you make it - then one day you realize you survived puberty and you blossomed into a beautiful woman
