I work in a urology office and a 19 year old apparently took one of these pills. He had an erection for 24 hours !!! You may think, wow, great.....Absolutely not. An erection that long constricts and is very painful. He had to go to the emergency room and have an injection in his penis to make it go down. Enough said?

Probably not. Just the same, it will cost you plenty to get any of the Viagra like drugs, even if they're real. They are expensive and people are taking advantage of anyone willing to part with their money, for the dream of getting an erection. Save your money, go see a doctor, get a prescription and get the real stuff.

They are fake. There are lots of fake products that you could buy online. Be careful especially if it's a medications. It could do harm than good.
