Each team can change 3 players.
I think though, that if they have made 3 subs and the goalie gets hurt, they can bring in the other goalie but they have to play with 10 men. I'm not positive on that though.

in a football match..only 3 substitutes are allowed..
however in a friendly game up to 6 subs are allowed..used to be unlimited..but they just changed the rule in recent years..
