EVERYONE says um..er..em whenever they speak, especially to a large crowd. Just becuase he's the President, doesn't mean he's perfect.

NOTE:

And when Clinton said those things, we generally took away his capabilities. All they've found were pre-1991 weapons that were so degraded as to not be a threat. Thus, Bush 1 and Clinton had been able to make him insignifacant as far as being a "threat" to the world through their and UN policies. Making most of what Clinton said true, and most of what Bush said false (when it comes to Iraq...I'm not saying Clinton didn't lie about sex, he did.)

You complain that the left forgives Clinton, but not Bush. Yet you do the same thing. You chastise Clinton for lying but accept lies from Bush. Don't punish others for doing the exact same thing you're doing.
