I have a Directv DVR, but now I have cable, is there anything fun I can do with it now?

if it's a DirecTV DVR, you own it and you can take the hard drive out. It will not work with cable at all, or even off-the-air (without a DirecTV hookup).

nope its good for only direct you can take the hard drive out reformat it and use it in your puter as a slave or if your sure you own it because most are least you can sell it only if you dont owe a back bill
