Do you think wal-mart would let me return a game that i've opened and have it a little scratch?? And I just bought the game 12 hours ago. Or am i pretty much screwed

You should be able to exchange it no problem as long as it isn't a PC game.

i think you can return it back with the bill telling him that on reching home when you opend the cd it was used or badly damaged.

You could turn it into a Gamestop or maybe an EB Games, which buy games from you. But it is a rippoff because they only give you 41.8% the money you bought it for.

NOPE. you're screwed. open game, scratch on the disc, not gonna happen. unless you tell them that the scratch was on there when you opened it up.

why you want to return it? defect? yes you can return it...maybe better switch it with another
if you say that the game sux, more likely will be rejected
