You in trouble for sure. The BMWs have a deadlock system installed in that you wont be able to open the door via the key. The window option might be the way to go. Just make sure you can get the certain window handy enough before breaking it and jump starting the car i.e. a car breakers.
You can also call out a lock specialist or ring them first, these can be very expensive though

Why cant a BMW dealership help you. R u sure its your car? R U typing this on a laptop outside your car? If you are at home, call out a AA or RAC person. You will have to join, Probably the cost of which will be a lot less than a BM window to replace.!!
