Before they were a bit commercial hit in the early 70s they were the best blues band from England. They had a dude named Peter Green in the singin position. They had a hit when he was still in the band rite before they morfed into a pop chick band named (Oh Well) I think it was on their bare trees album?

"Oh, Well" from the very first album. This was before Peter Green left the group. In also liked "The Green Manalishi", but it was not the musical direction FMc wanted to go, so that's why P.G. left the group.
