Truthfully, of all our Presidents who have had public testings for their intelligence levels going back to the beginnings of the original IQ testing processes George W. Bush has the lowest IQ of any American President those sixty something years.
It has been reported to be either 91 or 93.
That does mean he is stupid because his IQ fits into the middle of the national average. It doesn't mean he's stupid. It just means he's not all that smart.

It must be very close to Clinton's IQ, since they performed practically identically in college (except that Bush went on to get his MBA).
How about phrasing it this way: Bush's IQ is sufficient to get himself elected to the highest office in the land, making him the most powerful man on earth.
One person asked (tall) Abe Lincoln how long a man's legs should be. His reply was, "Long enough to reach the ground".
Bush's IQ is obviously more than sufficient.

its around 91, which is completely pathetic for a world leader, but hey the guy lacks common sense.I researched it online and rooselvelt had the highest iq of about 141.

I have no idea, but trust me, going to Yale does not make you intelligent. I can't even tell you how many rich morons matriculate Yale merely because of their parents influence.
