I think beauty is not just in your face, its in your attitude and mostly your heart.
I do a lot....
Everyday I make sure to look my best...
Take a shower
Do my hair, ask some one if it looks good before i leave
For my makeup I like to keep it natural yet beautiful..
Almay Bright Eyes (Shadow and Liner)
Blush
LipGloss
Mascara
I also keep my clothes cute and sophisticated
To keep healthy and active...
I eat right, no junk food, pigging out, snaking or anything like that. I eat 4 healthy meals a day.
No drugs and no getting wasted.
Excercise as much as I can
And to keep a beautiful heart..
I am always nice to ppl no matter what they look like (unless they are mean)
Take time to think about anything.
Just be me
The number one things to keep your beauty is to sleep at least 8 and a half hours a day and to drink plenty of water 8 glasses a day.

Ok! I love these questions cuz I have some really good tips:
*For softer, healthier looking skin-eat either 1 banana or two medium size carrots everyday! These are two of the absolute best foods for healthier skin.
*For softer lips-take an worn out toothbrush and GENTLY brush your lips in small circles with warm water. DO NOT brush too hard, or you will have chapped, sore lips! In about a week, you will see softer prettier lips. Use Carmax for chapped lips.
*For shinier hair-Right before you step out of the shower, rinse your hair with very cold water. Also, use conditioner every/everyother day... it reduces snarles, and makes hair softer.
*Never use a brush on wet hair!! Always use a plastic comb.... this prevents breakage and split ends!
*Get a trim every 2-4 months to prevents split ends!!
*Right after you wash your face, rinse with COLD water.... this closes the poors so less dirt gets in, and it also makes skin appear and feel smoother! Then, apply a lightweight moisturizer.
*Remember-the key to makeup is to make it look like you are barely wearing any... just enhance your best features, don't cover them up!
I hope you take this seriously because these are some of my best tips!! =)

First off I drink a lot of water. I try to get alot of sleep, at least 7 Hours a night. I wash my face with mild soap and always use a good moisturizer. I believe in sun block so I use it daily. As much as I can I wear make-up but days when I'm just kick-in it I let my face be natural. And if I do break out I don't pick. I face is clear and "glowing" for the most part. After 33 years of trying different tricks these ones work the best~

As a guy, we are limited regarding how to improve our appearance with cosmetics. However, being a former model, I have picked up some tips to make my look pop. Wearing gray contacts and putting a very light line of discrete medium brown eye liner on the upper lid just under the lashes makes my eyes stand out like a rock star and nobody has a clue that I've got on eyeliner. When you get a pimple, cover it with skin shade matching cover stick and top it off with light, translucent powder. Do this around your eyes if you are getting dark circles. The trick is blending it in with a sponge and brushing the excess powder away. It looks totally natural and nobody will know what you did but they will say you look much younger and less tired.

Honestly?
I use Murad Skin Cleansing Products; Bare Escentuals Makeup; Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Peppermint Soap in the shower; Olive Oil on my skin and hair, but all of that is decoration.
I have a balanced diet (making sure to take my vitamins as well); I exercise DAILY (about 2 hours); and I drink 10 -12 glasses of water DAILY; and I get plenty of rest. Your body will take care of itself.
I take care of what I have so the extras I listed above ADD to me...not MAKE me. No secret at all.
=^)

I don't put on that much make-up if so only in special occasions
I go to beauty stores and ask for tips all the time
If I use hair growth products I don't use a lot..Not good for hair that much
If I want my hair to grow I cut some off
Use Neutrogena for ur face...It really works
If I ever get acne...Pro-Active works quicker and is inexpensive...
If u need anymore...juss ask
Show that ur confident about urself...and don't use eyelash curlers..they damage
If u put on make-up after...take off the make-up fully and then wash ur face...If make-up is left on w/out bein washed off...it willl make u break out sumtimes
When u wash ur face...Pat Dry with a towel and wash ur face in a circular motion

well what i use to make my skin soft, i use Neutrogina facial wash, with a sponge scrubber. works wonders!
and for the rest of my body i put on "Simply basic romantics" Sensuous body lotion" sweet pea scented.
For my lips, when im in the shower and im washing my face, i scrub my lips with the sponge. Then when im out of the shower, when i am brushing my teeth, after i am done, i brush my lips. not enouph to scracht them though, just scrub gently, then i apply lip balm, and on top of that, lip gloss. my boyfriend tells me i have really soft lips. lol
For my hair, I use Ganier Fructies (or how ever u spell it)
It keeps split ends away, makes your hair shiny, and really soft!
If your going to be doing your hair straight for that day, I would suggest some one with a liscense for doing hair, takes you to a hair store and buys you some "BADAZZ" (shock therapy)
It is a unique silk serum that will calm down and give you that high gloss shine finish that you want, you can also use it on your skin.
You just put a tiny tiny drop onto your hand (dont need much) and rub in in your hair, and leave. and whatever else you have left on your hands, just work it in like lotion.
well good luck! bye!

The best thing that has helped my skin is Dr. Denese's skin care. It makes it soft and has softened fine lines.
When it comes to hair I suggest Kerastase Paris - It is expensive, but very worth it.
Shiny lips - Mac gloss - Oh Baby! is a good color for that.

1 Minute Beauty Tips!!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Short on time? These instant beauty escapes will have you looking and feeling gorgeous in one minute or less.
Hydrate your face - Apply moisturizer before you get in the shower and leave it on until the end. The steam opens pores so moisturizer penetrates deeper.
Warm away dryness - While showering, place a closed container of body lotion in a sink full of warm water. When you dry off, you'll have a warm treat to massage from head to toe.
Get soft, smooth lips - Apply lip balm several minutes before getting in the bath or shower, then gently scrub lips with a warm washcloth. You'll easily whisk away flakes and dead skin.
Take 10 years off your hands - Treat yourself to a skin-smoothing manicure in seconds. Mix some sugar with a dollop of olive oil and a drop of vanilla; massage into hands and cuticles, then rinse under warm water.
Massage your scalp - Add a few drops of peppermint oil to baby shampoo for a tingly scalp refresher. Bonus: peppermint is a natural astringent that helps keep scalp oils in check.
Deep clean your face - Before washing your face, saturate a washcloth with hot water and apply to face for one minute. The heat opens pores to allow for deeper cleaning and more effective removal of pore-clogging debris. Follow with your regular cleansing routine.
Create baby soft skin - Mix together equal parts salt and body wash or conditioner. Scrub your entire body in the shower, then rinse for the smoothest skin yet.
Soften your tootsies - Close the drain to your shower and add a powdered skin softening foot soak to the bottom of tub. Then, just let your feet soak while you shower as usual.
Recipe For Shiny Hair
You can give your hair a great shine and help remove soap build up:
Blondes — Add a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice to your rinse water.
Brunettes and Redheads — Add a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your rinse water.
Stir 1 teaspoon of honey into 4 cups (1 quart) warm water. After shampooing, pour the mixture through you hair. Do not rinse out. Dry as normal.
hope this helpes

"For attractive lips, speak words of kindess. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone"
