theres always the remote control finger workout, or the 'see how far you can strech to reach stuff without actually getting up' with practice you can get yourself almost horizontal before you fall over, and seeing how much you can carry in one go so you dont have to make two trips, picking up stuff with your feet so you dont have to bend(good strong toes and balance) the list is endless!

I like to get a super interesting magazine.... jump on the stationery bike at my gym... and by the time I have bicycled for 20 minutes or so and got done reading some juicy gossip or whatever - lol, I have got my heart pumping enough, and I am ready to really work out. Or at least throw in some extra ab and arm exercises
It honestly does work... and I should know cause I am lazy A LOT.

Actually "pilates" is a great form of exercise with out much exertion. It is great for your posture and weight control. You don't feel like youare doing much while you are performing the exercises but you will feel it the next day.
