Destiny is your purpose in Life...and you will it fulfill regardless of who you are...it is your reason for being here. Fate is the things that happen to you along the way to fulfilling your destiny. Fate can be measured as a signpost to how you are doing or if you are on the right path. It gives you a nudge toward fulfilling your true destiny...and as someone pointed out earlier, "Happens for a reason."

Your destiny and ways to change it involves the principle that the present is your point of power to control your destiny, and that at the same time the present is the point of power of fate to control your future. Solving your destiny in your own best interest may require psychic interpretation and the use of appropriate psychic methods to help you to solve your present fate.

Certainly I do believe destiny or fate or nasib in Indonesian language.I believe also God's decree or predestination. All muslims should believe it.But only God Almighty who knows our predestination. We only believe but we do not know what exactly is.We know only if it has occurred what and how our fate or destiny. The difference between fate and God's decree is on its effort.Fate or destiny can be improved by our hard effort while God's decree can not be affected by our effort..Birth,subsistence or victuals, marriage and death are God's decrees. But poor or rich is our fate or destiny. We should receive it and do not despair. We should thank our God Almighty if we get many goodness and we must be patient if we get many bad fates and try to make it better.Allah is always with us and gives help to someone who eager to be better destiny. We must ask for Allah 's guidance to help and ask forgiveness to Allah Almighty the one only God.Desperation is bad and sin.Do not make a suicide.According to Islam teachings, someone who made a suicide wiil go to hell.
Islam also do not allow someone to believe a fortune teller. The future is only knows by our God.But we can forecast and propose or make plan of our future if our God permits us to live any longer.God will disposes it as His right.

There are those who hear destiny calling and those who call upon destiny.
Fate and Destiny are mostly the same. You can look at it this way: If you follow your destiny then you meet your fate.

Destiny is an easy way to blame something else, ANYTHING else, for the poor decisions youve made in your life.
"Fate" is an excuse. I dont believe in excuses.

Neither...I believe in randomness and in making your own destiny. Life is only what you make it..and even then, some people just get unlucky. Nothing is guiding your life except you, your actions and a few random events.
