with the popularity of scrapbooking right now, yes. This sounds like a "christmas scrapbook" type idea with less work for the buyer more of a plug in. Sounds like a good idea

People have been selling Christmas Books since before the Printing Press was invented. Make up a manuscript or mock-up and send it to publishers. The answer to the question is an emphatic YES!

Absolutely. It would not only make a great gift for someone but it would also be a precious treasure to keep in the family to pass on to your children, grandchildren, etc. Have you seen the books you can buy for new parents? They are so beautiful. It is similar to what you have described in your question. Each page has a poem or a small story.. like their first word, first tooth, when he/she learned to crawl, began to walk..Of course, the author made those books color coded pink for girls & blue for boys. I used to work with the lady that made them, actually I bought both.
And I just have to add this: why do people always feel like they should correct someone's spelling when they ask a question?? Like the person did in his/her answer to this question. 'oh & the word by should be buy'. Everyone makes typing errors as long as you can understand the question why correct the person's spelling?? Just my opinion.

I think it would sell, I don't know about being a best seller, but it probably would do okay. However, check the market. Look and see what kinds of books already exist that are similar. There is no point in writing a book that has been written.
Good luck!

Christmas books are very popular, especially as gifts. So sure.
But before you publish it, you'd better have it edited. In your question, "by" should be spelled "buy."
