Will Israel Strike Iran? I f they feel threatened enough, Yes. They have never been one to wait and see. Will they use the Nuclears? Not unless they are hit with Nuclears first. Israel has had Nuclear Capability since the 70s.
Will Iran strike with Nuclears? No,because they then would be a target for retaliation from the U.S.
Who is the threat ? North Korea, their economy is in the tank, Their leader is delusional and wants to rule the world. Their leader doesn't seem to care whether the populace lives or dies. What have they got to lose?

I believe that Israel will exercise their nuclear arsenal as soon as they have reason to believe that Iran has acquired nuclear weapons. Tehran and the other major population centers if Iran will go up in smoke, as well as the capital cities of several other sworn enemies of Israel.

Israel- they have a history of doing so, probably a non-nuclear airstrike to destroy Iran's manufacturing capability.

I think neither Israel nor Iran strike first.
It's US who strike first as we seen in past.
US thinks he is the lord of the world.
