Best color eyeliner for dark brown eyes?

Question

I have dark brown eyes, and I currently use black eyeliner, which is getting boring. What other eyeliner colors would look good with my eyes?

Grey usually looks good with dark brown eyes. Or a light purple color. Almay has products that are made to "bring out the brown" or "play up the brown". It works great. I have dark dark "poopy-brown" (as i like to call them) eyes, I use black eye liner but i also use light colored eye shadows. Also, if you use eye makeup, don't forget mascara... BIG mistake. You always need mascara w/ eyeliner & eye shadow.

I choose black eyeliner but then I have blue eyes, so for Dark brown eyes Purple or plum would be the best color

Brown eyes really pop with a nice deep purple for the fall, or some ice colors for summer. Such as a nice shiny green, pink, blue, or even purple. Just about any light color for summer and spring is good, or if you want to go wild like I do, a bright pink or blue. But for fall and winter, instead of black, I would go with the deep purple or a deep green. You will be so amazed at how your eyes will just pop. I sell true colors makeup, and went to cosmetology school and kinda learned a few tricks lol. But just try it, and play around. If you want, try putting it on a little thicker on the outside of the eye, and make the line thinner going towards the center where it disappears right after the center. That is a great effect. And just choose whatever shadows you like to go with it. Hope this helps you out!

I have dark brown eyes too... Most of the time I just don't wear make-up, cos I believe in natural beauty... But when I do, I use black eyeliner.

Also, it depends on your skin color. If you have white skin, or a peachy color, then you can give white/silver eyeliner a try. Oh! Liquid eyeliner's pretty good too.

I have dark brown eyes too and I experiment with a lot of different ones. I have one eyeliner that looks mostly black but is actually a very dark purple. I also use any number of dark eyeshadows as liner (burgundy, dark brown)...but I've never really tried light colors out.

i have really dark brown eyes too. i only use black eyeliner sometimes. other than that- i use a plum//voilet color. it brings out the color of your eyes more. and just looks gorgeous ! don`t use too much eyeliner though. it may damage the skin and cause some wrinkles and puffiness to eyes.

I have dark eyes and I had this same problem not long ago, I switched to a plum color and its great! its called "raisin" by Revelon. Also, M.A.C has a very pretty purple as well. Sephora had a plethora of purples to choose from! Good Luck!

i have brown eyes, and i mostly wear navy blue eyeliner I think it looks great, also that rachel girl from the OC wears it too, go to any make up counter like estee lauder or mac and ask the sales peeps what they think, you don't even have to buy it there but at least you know what color to look for

Dark brown eye liner. Maybeline has a cheap, yet really good one that is a pencil. Use this on your top lid only. Avoid the Cleopatra look. It will intensify your eyes for a look that really pops!
