It's a good question. Most do it for money, or for excitement, or to make themselves feel beautiful or sexy. Some do it because they're bored, and some because they actually like it for a time. However, most probably wouldn't do it if men didn't like it and didn't pay big money for it. C'mon guys, forget the porn. It's just nasty. Just think of that woman being your mother or sister or some other woman you really respect and not a dancing hunk of meat.

For you it's degrading...for other's, it's not.
When did women having sex start becoming offensive?
A naked (or somewhat clothed) woman having sex is NOT degrading regardless of where she's doing it.
It's called sexual freedom and whether you like it or not, people don't have sex behind closed doors all the time anymore.
Why? Cause we are realizing we have options and something else...you might of heard of it...It's called FANTASIES.
If you are asking why do girls/women degrade themselves by having sex on tape, why not ask why men are willing to have sex on tape too or be the ones to watch it or even pay for it
Women, just like men, have a sex drive.
Some are higher than others depending on the woman.
When you are in the moment of pleasure, it does not matter where it's happening but that it feels good.
Anything that feels good is never wrong.
Unless you are one of those people that were taught that "Sex is bad!"
But in any situation, there are those individuals that do regret having sex on tape based on whatever experience they've had. Some are negative and some are positive. But it's their choice.
Even today, women in society are still viewed as either The Madonna (Virgin) or The W HORE.

It's only degradation when you do it with the wrong person. If you fhuck around with any guy maybe your nasty hass deserves it, but when 2 people in a committed and intimate relationship choose to tape their sessions then it's fun. It stays between those 2 people. Personally you should be careful who you tape anything with but always keep the tape.

A lot of women do this because the are deeply involved with the person and they want a hard copy of their most intimate moments, even though it may or may not get out into the public eye. Also, many women are a closet exhibitionist and it allows them to explore it in a safe manner and in the comfort of their own home with someone they trust.
On the other hand, maybe the girl secretly wants it to get out. Who knows.

sounds like you've had a bad experience. I've had sex on tape before. i didnt do it to degrade myself. i did it because i wanted to do something kinky that i could watch. something to give my boyfriend to remind him of how good he has it with me when i'm gone. its only degrading if the reason you do it is degrading. i did it for love and would do it again and again
