I just tried to create leagues on espn.com and cbs sportsline.com but you have to know hte people to get them to play. You can't just have random people join.

yahoo, foxsports, sportingnews, espn, sportsline, and sports illustrated. i recommend sportingnews and sports illustrated. oh, and on sportsline and espn, just join a random league if you want to play. nobody ever joins my league, so forget about creating leagues

Yahoo does. Go to create, then a public league.

ESPN and Yahoo .. under create public leagues ... custom leagues run a little differently.
