The long term solution to your problem involves eliminating the conditions that cause the mold to grow in the first place. Anything short of that, and it will grow back.

Eliminate the source of dampness and/or water in your crawlspace since mold and slimes like damp conditions. Provide adequate ventilation.

Good luck with your problem.

GO to your local hardware store, in the Gardening department. Get a hand-pumped pesticide tank. Fill that puppy with straight bleach. Crawl in there and hose it down. Your mold problem will be gone.

Bleach & water solution (mostly bleach) & scrub those walls! Scrub, scrub, scrub!
If you really want to make sure it is taken care of: 1) spray on more bleach water, 2) paint over it with something like "Kills" paint, 3) buy a dehumidifier & put a light on a timer (mold likes dark, cool, humid conditions).
