Well I have many favorite musicians i should say. One of them is Brian Ferry from Roxy Music. Why i like him so much? I think he is one of the most stylish singers of the British rock. He has made great musical career. He was leader of one of the most avantguarde and intellectual rock bands. Roxy Music have realeased some of the greatest albums in the history of art rock. They was experimenting all the time. Brian is amazing person! I think he is very intelligent and kind person. He has unique maneer of singing. Every time you listen to him you recognize him right from the first sounds and having big pleasure. He is perfect on the stage and in personal life. Real gentleman! I would like to be similar to him. I advice everyone to listen to Brian Ferry and Roxy Music. It will make you better! I hope those great musicians will always be remembered and will give us more good music in the future.

James Hetfield of METALLICA. he has done alot and has a great voice.
He was burned badley over seas and came back from it and still played with passion. He is in one of the biggest metal bands knownt o the world yet he didnt shy away from writing a ballad about his girlfriend (nothing else matters) He has put up with Lars for nearly 20 years. He went through rehab and came back to the band and is still rocking out now.
They sell out every show they play metallica isnt just a band is a legacy.

Linkin Park, they are a hybrid kind of sound as in you can't really classify them as rock or rap or anything like that. Also they put on an amazing show. They also really appreciate their fans, knowing they wouldn't be where they are today without them, and treat them well. Every show they play fan club members are invited to meet the band and get pics and autographs and they also invite fans for special occasions, like the video for Faint, every person in the audience in the video was a LP fan club member. Can't wait for their next album to drop!

Cream is my favorite band, because they are unmatched at their musical skill in the world of rock and roll music. Eric Clapton's soloing at the time was his best, Jack Bruce's bass playing (especially during jams) surpasses those of any others, and Ginger Baker's drumming... Well... The technique, the skill, the concentration, the playing of multiple rhythms on both arms and legs, the fact that he was on heroin the whole time he did it... Amazing...

jimi hendrix. he inspired me to play guitar as well as countless others. he also revolutionized the recording industry. in fact just about everything he ever did in the studio has been adapted to digital formats and is still used today. withoout him things would been sooooooo different. his use of distortion and feed back changed the way people play guitar all together.
then there were the beatles. a very close second for me.

Right now my favorite is Tift Merrit. She has a great song called "Good hearted man" and it always reminds me of why I love my husband so much. She has a great voice and her songs are nice to listen to because of their jazzy/ country melodies. Best wishes
