I really do hate shaving, because the blade gets dull and rusty too quickly; has anyone ever used Nair or Veet? They say it works, but is it worth the money? How long does it last?

I have tried Nair before and it burned like crazy!!! I have not tried veet but my friend uses it and she loves it cause the Nair burned her also and didn't remove all of the hair. I shave with a mans shick quattro and my hair doesn't grow back for about four days. If I was you I would buy a mans razor and shave with that. It works a lot better than anything else I have used or even heard of.

They both work. But it all depends on how much time and effort you are willing to invest in hair removal.

Veet works better and faster than Nair but they are both messy. Shaving is more precise...but I end up doing it every three days in the summer. Even with the dippilatories like Neet Nair and Veet I end up reapplying every 3 days 'cause I like to be smooth!

For some reason i love veet better than nair because when I used nair ... i hated the scent and it wouldn`t somewhat get rid of the hair. Veet truly bumped off the hair and left my skin delicate.. and also you don`t unavoidably want the bladeless razor.. I were given the fairway bottle veet. it`s like quick elimination.. it has almond oils in them and it says that it's going to get rid of hair in 3 minutes.

i used veet last week and i stayed smooth for maybe a total of 2-3 days, so i really don't care if i have to shave or veet, veet to me seems like it takes longer, i had to wait 7 min. and finally it came off. Try it and see how u like it, i won't buy it all the time but maybe for a special occasion.

I've tried both, and veet works oh so much better. It doesn't last very long, but it's a better alternative to shaving, because the hairs grow back soft as if you waxed them.

I have used Nair before. It stinks really bad. It does work though. You just have to make sure you leave it on for as long as the bottle says. And if you have stubborn hair, then leave it on a little longer.

i used nair once a few years ago and it sucked! it might be better now, but i'm kinda interested in the veet....might need to try it

It has NEVER worked for me! It doesn't take all the hairs off and has been very disappointing. Most would not agree with me, but I am happiest with an epilator. People say it hurts more than waxing, but it doesn't bother me and the results last until the hair grows back in.

I like Veet personally...it even comes with a plastic razor like thingy that helps remove the cream when you are done. Then you rinse and go.

Nair is alright, it kinda burns, but if you wait for the "right time" to remove it with a towel, then it should work for you
