put it in a bucket that is a mixture of 3/4 water and 1/4 bleach.

Rub the affected area with your hands (kinda how people wash clothes when they don't have washing machines)

Let soak for about half hour to one full hour.

Rinse well with plenty of water. (Bleach weakens the fibers of the clothes)

Launder as normal.

Here's an article on how to remove deodorant stains from fabrics:

A trick my wife loves is when you initially get deodorant on something, especially dark clothes like a black dress, get some pantyhose and rub the stain with it. The pantyhose will take the deodorant right off without leaving a stain.

Well... sweat stains, or actual deodorant marks?

For deodorant marks, rub the shirt fabric together. I used to work in retaill, and this is what we always did.

For sweat stains, wash with stain treatment such as spray and wash.
