Try taking cod-liver oil supplements (liquid or capsules) or an omega 3 supplement like Scott's Emulsion....these things will work from the inside out.
But for beautiful skin you also have to work from the outside. I swear Shea butter has gotten rid of my cellulite in about 6 months! ...well that and daily exercise!

vitamin e is used by pregnant women to help deter strecth marks. My wife used the actually oil form of it and rubbed it on the area where strecthing will occur. It worked great, she didn't get any strecth marks on her stomach, even after gaining 40 lbs.
