Whats a minder? You say your brother has been bitching then go on to call this person a she. I have no idea what your question is or what you are even trying to say. Sorry

I am guessing your from the Euro's, and minder is your mother or grandmother. Some parents often throw around empty threats and then don't act on them when you do other wise. If you brother is bothering you then let him know he has gone to far, or just totally de-pants him in public, then he will shut up and not mess with you ever again, if he is a wuss anyways, if not he may totally kill you in your sleep. Ya good luck with that.

In my mind your minder seems to be inconsistent. Either your minder minds or she doesn't mind. Mind you we don't we don't know what's on her mind. In her mind she could very well be minding. It seems your brother needs to mind is own business. Try not to lose your mind over this. Otherwise this whole thing is mindless. Just remember a mind is a terrible thing to waste. Keep in mind that your minder's mind may not be following your mind.

Do you mean your mother? If so, she is probably stressed that the both of you are acting out. Sometimes parents say things and dont enforce them later...that is definately normal. But if you were doing something...fighting with your brother...being bad, then just remember thats what happens as a consequence- parents get mad, stressed out. So, you just need to think really hard about whatever it is that was going on at the time with you and your mom or brother or both and dont do that anymore. Tell her you are sorry for upsetting her and that you did not mean to. Moms love it.
