The Supreme Court finally went against the Bush Admin.
Regardin Gitmo. What do you guys think of that?

"finally"? This is by no means the first time it has happened! It's their job to be a check and balance! Good for them to follow the rule of law.

Well, they said he violated both US laws and the Geneva convention laws. But probably nothing will happen.

In all honesty, if he had done all of these things legally (i.e. wire-tapping) I would have no problems with "Big Brother". But the simple fact is, the administration thinks that they are above the law. And they are not.
