You need to create an image file (JPG) of your signature and then insert that file into a signature. I have a signature for work that has the company logo in it that way.
Personally, I wouldn't because you are then sending out your signature to whomever gets that email. If they can also get your social security number, there is no way to prove that someone is forging your signature.

To create a new signature in Outlook:
Open Outlook's Tools | Options menu.
Select the Mail Format tab then the Signatures button at the bottom of the dialog.
Create one or more signatures, including a blank signature.
Click Ok to return to the Mail Format tab.
Select each account in your profile and assign a signature to it.
To create a new signature while working in Word or WordMail:
In Word or a WordMail message, choose Tools | Options.
Switch to the General tab, and click E-mail Options.
Create one or more signatures
(Optional) Select the signature you want to be inserted automatically.
Click OK until you return to your document or message.
If you have chosen to insert the signature automatically, but want to use a different signature for the current message, right-click the signature. From the pop-up menu, select either the name of the signature you want to use or E-mail Signature to create a new one.
Tip: Create a blank signature named None that consists of just a character or two (like - or --), then set Outlook to always insert your normal signature automatically. If you don't want a signature on a given WordMail message, right-click the automatically inserted signature, then choose None from the menu that pops up.
Tip: Always assign a signature to accounts, using the blank signature on accounts that don't need a signature. When you use an account that has no signature assigned ("") you can't right click to add a signature.
To add a signature when sending Word documents using the Email command in Word (File | Send to | Mail recipient), create an AutoText entry for each signature. You can then insert them with the Insert | AutoText command.
When using the Outlook editor, you need to use the Insert | Signature menu to change signatures.

If you really want to go to town, you can have your actual signature converted into a TrueType font, then, in any document, you just select that font and insert your signature, in greater quality and detail than adding an image. See here for more info:
http://www.e-signature.com/en/prod01_en.htm
and also:
http://www.barcode-soft.com/signature_fonts.aspx
PS. I have not used either of the above sites, just found them on a google search, but should give you some info...

Hi Joe,
The answer would be firstly to write your signature on a white piece of paper. Then scan it into your computer as an image. Use one of the many tools out there to crop and clean up the image.
If you are using MS Outlook, you can then add this image as your 'signature'.
Don't forget to tear up that piece of paper before throwing it out in the trash.

If you have Outlook (not express), you can either scan your real signature or draw one using paintshop.
Use the picture file as your signature when going to:
Tools/options/Mail Format - signatures.

You sign your name on a sheet of paper, then use a scanner to get an image of your name, then you use MS Paint to cut out only your name and save that much as a BMP image in its own file, then for your signature, use that BMP file.
