We heard he was in a comma,months have past but no news about him.Whats happening?Is he died and they are hidding it from the world?

On May 28, 2006, Sharon was transferred from hospital in Jerusalem to a long-term care unit of Tel HaShomer, a large civilian and military hospital in Ramat Gan, a suburb of Tel Aviv.
he remains there in a persistent vegetative state.

He's not dead. After his January 2006 stroke, he's been in a coma from which he has not emerged. As of June 2006, he is still in the coma. Doctors are not optimistic as to his chances of coming out of it.
There's been no news because there's nothing to report. The transition of power from Sharon to Ehud Olmert, the new Prime Minister, was smooth. Trust me, if Sharon does pass away, it'll be on the news.
