I have bought, remodeled/renovated, and resold several HUD repo properties throughout the years. The only advice I can give you is to do your homework before you submit a bid. Repair bills can be huge, and you can get burned if you are inexperienced in this business. If you know what you are doing, there is money to be made and there are bargains to be had.

Good luck with your plans.

It feels like those fix prices on the bottom is genuinely money that HUD has placed away to fix those complications. Use a real resources agent, that is free for you as a shopper, and performance them call and locate out. HUD commonly would not promote homes with electric powered/plumbing damage because they're usually well-being and themes of safe practices.
