I can not open my drive D and this massage display:
install and configure system component I do not know how should Ido that
please help me

I'm not sure I'm following you. If you want to physically open the drive and it won't open there should be a little hole somewhere on the drive that a paper clip will fit into. Press the paper clip in and the drive should open.
If you are trying to get the computer to open it and it won't I guess I'd reboot first. If that doesn't work I'd uninstall it and then reinstall it. If that still doesn't work I'd start to think the drive was bad and buy a new one.

maybe you don't have a drive d
do you know for sure?
if it is a zip drive, or something try rebooting your computer. if it doesn't work then it may be gone...died...messed up...may need to put in another one.

If there was any files... its difficult to answer..
But if there was os in that drive try Formating..
Ok..there could be a Virus..

take ur hard disk out and install it back or seek for profesional help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
