Could it be a tree? Well how about a maple tree? They have brown trunk or stem and have red and yellow and orange leaves in the fall and winter. Unless it snows, then they'll fall off. In the Spring the leaves will start to grow green. And in the summer, the leaves are green. The tree is fully grown with new branches and fresh leaves.
But if it has to be a plant... Well I'm sorry but I can only give you this website...
