Ummmmm, good question. I think depending on the reason for the end of the relationship, falling out of love is harder. Reason being when you are falling in love with someone you are filled with joy, happiness, anticipation, plans and a lot of positive emotions.
However, falling out of love generally comes with or leads to heartbreak, broken promises, unfulfilled dreams and hopes, disillusionment, pain, hurt and so much more- all negative.
Even in cases where one is hurt by the other party, there is still love on the other end of the hurt and the haunting feeling of Am I making the right decision?

It is always great to fall in love. But falling out of love is a greater fall. Its hurt is greater and so are the possibilities once your healing is done.

Its greater to fall in love. Believe me, once you fall in love, and make it a great lasting bond, there will never be an option to fall out of love.

If you love yourself alot, falling in love doesnt feel much different. If you dont love yourself enough... when you fall in love its HUGE, and when you fall out of love its also huge. The search for balance is loving yourself enough...first.
