I agree with Pantokator. I'm a bloke, and in my younger years when I was a bit of a 'lad', I wasn't exactly the most faithful back then, (but leopards can change their spots, I'm living, faithful proof!) and the easiest way to tell if someone is playing around is a change in their normal routines, or them speaking about new 'Friends' (female) that you've never met before. One thing I would say is, if you're with the right person, you should have no problem meeting ALL their needs, so there should be no reason for them to wander.
