go to a hospital with a teaching program, your nearest medical university will let you know what one, then you can apply for hospital sponsorship which just means they will treat you free ( if you qualify financially ) in exchange for the residents getting to help with your treatment

Public hospitals wil provide the necessary care. They do in Australia anyway

im not sure how that works in the states... maybe you could go to a county hospital or any other community/gov operated hospital.
try giving them a call and ask.

most hospitals have a very good backup plan ask them most have a 800# that will help you
