The west coast. Something about how the Pacific winds move keep those states cool and pleasant (but a little chilly in the winter) all year long. And there's the Mediterranean, of course.

As you will see by these answers, everybody's opinion of what "best weather" is will differ. Personally, I would go crazy if every day was 82 deg. F and sunny. I like allot of snow in the winter, rain in the spring, sunny heat and thundershowers in the summer and the beautiful leaves in fall.
That's my best weather and allot of locations have it.

san diego. usually it's 72 and sunny, a couple cold and heat spikes each year, but averages range from a low at 49 to a high at 78.
