I cheated on my bf with my ex i love both very much but my bf is judgemental (very,very) and i cant confide in him i dont know what to do. and my ex i can share everything... i miss him sooo much but my bf says im the one. and i dont think i am how do i break that off. I cant go on living a lie.

Just tell him you aren't the one and you know that because you have cheated on him. That should pretty much make him realize the truth.

Sounds like you want to be with your ex. You just have to tell him - it's going to hurt him (you don't have to say why or anything about the ex - too much pain is too much). We go through break ups and times takes care of these things. You can't live your life FOR him or to keep from hurting him. You have to live your life for YOU. When you really fall in love, then you can give some of you away to him.
