I agree with some of the other answers he is not interested or there maybe that slight percentage that he is playing hard to get but I really think he is not interested.

snobby or shy, could be anything. Just like if a girl was doing it....or could also be the first answer too! I thought I was going to be the first. oh well hehe!

i just forget about him, but i dont think badly about him.....hes just not intrested...or in some rare cases hes playing hard to get
