Support her. As long as she is not coming on to you, why would you care who she sleeps with. It does not make her any different than before you knew she liked girls, so why should you think any diffrently of her and judge her just because she does not like the same thing or thinkthe same way as you.
If you are truly her friend, you will not be bothered by it, and you will support her decision whether you agree with it or not. It is who she is and if you are truly a friend, it really should not matter.
