Nothing is less funny than juvenile and stupid "humour". Movies like those you mentioned and others like "Dumb and Dumber" are simply not interesting to me.
Someone mentioned "Blazing Saddles", but I found "Young Frankenstein" to be even funnier among Mel Brooks films. I'd add to that "Grosse Point Blank", "A Fish Called Wanda" and "Let's Do It Again" (Bill Cosby in his prime), all very funny but smart films.
I forgot two more: "Used Cars" and "Big Trouble In Little China", Kurt Russell's best films.
Again I forgot one more: "The In-Laws". Not the pathetic Michael Douglas version, I mean the deadpan Peter Falk and paranoid/incredulous Alan Arkin. "Kiss kiss for Senor Pepe?"

i'm able to't imagine of the funniest as there are assorted extremely good ones, yet between my favourites are: American Pie, no longer yet another teen action picture, sexpersistent, and evidently the classic - some like it warm.
