actually, some ants can glide (tropical types). its pretty amazing.

I believe it might survive.
Smaller things are less affected by gravity. This is why an ant can lift things many times more than it's own weight. If you were to enlarge the ant to our size, it wouldn't be able to do that anymore.
Remember when you were little and it was cool to jump down off a tree branch? If you try that same jump when you're older, you'd probably break your leg.

yes, it would because it is not very dense (mass per volume) and therefore it's terminal velocity, assuming no ten story buildings are built in a vacuum, is not very fast at all.
The ant would have one hell of a trip though!
