don't have dinner -
it works for me
If I want to lose weight I never eat anything after 7pm
it really works - have a good breakfast and a big lunch
then if you are hungrey at night eat an apple
if you really want to do it - YOU CAN

Eat very little - a piece of fruit or a hard boiled egg 2 or 3 times a day, and drink pints and pints of water.
Losing weight quickly results in the toxins, heavy metals etc. which have been "stored" in the fat cells being released into the blood stream very quickly, resulting in a sudden strain on your liver and kidneys - give them a help by flushing them out.
A piece of fruit or a hard boiled egg at regular intervals prevents your body thinking it is a time of famine, and shutting down the burning of fat cells. Hope it works for you - a week is pretty desparate

you cant try a over the counter water pill....a lot of times some access weight ( 3 or up to 5 pounds) is simply caused by the body holdin' on to access water...you also wonna maker sure you don't look weight to fast cause you will loose muscle with it and if you start to gain the weight back then fat will take place of the muscle you lost . i wish you luck and hope you choose a healthy option...love daisy

eat no more thean 3 meals a day and drink lots of fluid to replace the sweat you will loose by exercising with black sacks on my sister tried it for weeks and the weight rolled off. although her weight loss slowed down eventually

watch ur calories don't starve urself. b active at all times. even when going to bed, do sit ups before sleeping.dinner should not b late. if u want to loss weight, the latest u could eat dinner is 7 :00 and eat breakfast

Anorexia and/or exercise. But I don't suggest anorexia. Eat only bread and drink only water, you should lose about pounds. Maybe more. But if you want to keep off the weight, then start eating salads without dressing and still, only drink water.
