Can someone please tell me what internet neutrality is and how it effects me?

Now:
You pay your ISP, they pay their provider. Eventually we get to a website.
Bits flow from website to you, with you paying the bill through isp fees.
(This is called net neutrality because everybody is equal)

Future:
Website also pays fees to have it's bits delivered to you.
Profit! Backbone companies and large ISPs collect dollars coming and going.
You get charged twice because websites who pay will pass the expenses on to you.
People with private websites are SOL, get much reduced bandwidth.

Alternate Future:
Free wireless networks proliferate (just leave your wireless router open) and greedheads who want to screw you and website owners over are SOL.

Post Alternate future:
Backbone companies and telcos "own" enough legislators and media ink to make freenets illegal.
Leaving your wireless router open becomes a capital crime.

bad because u should not see it thats why u should block it and u cant get in and if it keeps doing it ask a parent for help unless u are old enough 2 see it
