There was a day in America when people greeted new neighbors with a basket or card. Invited them over for dinner and so on. Now even in small ND or MT communities you can live there for years and not know the person next door.

I would like to see folks treat each other as they would like to be treated, Forgive others who wrong them, feed the hungry with the extra they have.When they go to the closet and see an extra coat, stop and think if they know someone who may need it rather than toss it in the trash.

I would also like to see the local church open the doors all night and have huge signs pointing to the refrigerator, cupboards, and dishwasher. Telling any who come there to eat all they can, clean up their mess, and donate back what they have used when the time comes they can.

I could go on....

Great Question

Peace to you and your home,

More discipline into the society, especially in schools where every hard working and progressive citizens send their kids.But unfortunately today schools are the center of all criminal activities, you name it drugs, gangs, guns, sex introduced to kids at an earlier stage resulting to kids giving birth to kids and relying on social services. Social services should be restructured to help those who deserve it and not those who start giving birth at the age of 14 or 15 and continue giving birth to dozens of kids that they cant take care of, instead of going to learn some thing or work they stay home for free making more kids and at the end of the year claim Uncle Sam for the dozn kids and the hard worker ends up pay Uncle Sam for his or her hard work.The prisons should also be restructured,descipline and hard labour so that when people come out of there they will be afraid to just drive by. Some part of the former soviet system should be introduced here: when you get 18 you should iether be going to college, university , trade center or working. You are offered a job and if you fail to go to work you go to jail and you can then do the job that you didnt want to do being a free person.

I would like to see more train and rail passenger transport. I would so much rather travel by train then airplane, but it's not really an option. Think about how nice it would be to catch an overnight train from Denver to Seattle over the mountains with a sleeping berth, a dining car, and the company of your family.

Some of the laws. The laws are made so that the criminals have more freedom then the rest of us. Now, tell us how this is fair.

I would also make abortion illegal. The ONLY time I find that abortion should be okay is if the pregnancy will kill the mother. Why kill an innocent baby when they had nothing to do with it.

Not one dime of our money would go to feed other countries until every child in America is fed. I have an unpopular view that we should not aid others if we cannot help ourselves. We have children going hungry in America, children living in Meth houses, children on the streets. I can't imagine giving money elsewhere.

Honestly, I would change the way people look at and value each other. Even when the whole all men are equal thing was written, nobody ever believed it. It's so irritating to see how people treat each other because of looks, money, and other stuff that doesn't truly matter.

I would reform the governments welfare program. All these jobs that they say Americans WONT do? Well they would either be filled with Americans, or there wouldn't be any checks cut. I would help them with day care, and would limit the amount of children they had while on welfare. You think you are responsible enough to have more kids, than you can be responsible enough to take care of them.

U.S.A. = 5% of the planetary population;
U.S.A.'s energetic needs = 25% of the whole planetary energetic needs.

So if I could, I would decrease USA's needs from 25% to 5% of the whole planetary needs.

I think that would be much fairer for the 95% other people on this planet.

Honest, uncorrupted, responsible, and truly open government. There would be no scandals, no need for criminal investigates or hearing about unconstitutional behaviors, we wouldn't have to worry about unjust wars, and we would know the truth about issues that have been locked away like JFK and area 51.
