I tried boiling some water but it didn't make any difference on the water temp. Is there any product out there that you can put in your tub to heat the water?

Does your washing machine heat it's own water, if so, set for a hot wash and run empty, hang the hose into the bathtub and let it make you some hot water. Disconnect and then take a bath.

or Use a solar camping shower.

We used to have an old bathtub outside, in the woods. My sister and I put a fire under it once and got the water too hot. Took a long time to cool down. Then we hopped in and then the mosquitoes attacked. We forgot a net or we might have stayed in longer. :)

...oh be careful...I wouldn't want for you to get electrocuted...Boil some water, and then mix a little water with it, and take a bucket bath. That's what we do in South India when the weather gets cold. We don't have water heaters. You use a cup to get wet. Lather up, and rinse off. It's pretty simple and efficient.
