Chances are, they won't. It's difficult to breed tetras when you have same pairs.

no only the same kinds will breed and even then tetras are hard to breed. by the time you notice they had babies, they will eat them all. if they breed at all.

No, unless they are they are the same species, it is almost impossible,
Oh and tetras should be kept in schools of 6+ of their own species
