I have an HP laptop and the blue start menu has gotten vertical somehw and I cant get it back to being Horizontol.Any help?

Just drag it back down.

Use your left click on your mouse and click on the empty part of the taskbar. Then just drag it back to the bottom while your finger is holding down the left clicker.

You should be able to move it easily.

If you cant move it then you might have locked it so right click on the taskbar and go to properties and make sure your taskbar is not locked.

You might want to drag it back down and then lock the taskbar so that you dont do it again by mistake.

Left click and hold on a blank area of the task bar (An area without words or icons) then drag your cursor to the area of the screen you wish your task bar to appear.

Rotate the monitor through 270 degrees. That should work.

click on the toolbar where there isn't anything and drag it. if that doesn't work right click it and "unlock the taskbar" and then drag it.
