I love Rihanna, she's sweet, intelligent, beautiful and has a sultry voice, she also has a veru bubbly personality and enjoys life. All her songs have been hits and both her albums went gold. That's amazing for someone who was virtually an unknown back when she was living in Barbados just over a year ago. She has really done a phenomal job and continues to do so. I don't really know that much about Shakira, I've never even heard her speak b4 but she's cute does have a beautiful figure, and she really knows how to work those hips and as I get to know more about her, i'm sure she'll grow on me. All in all though, Rihanna and Shakira are two very exotic unique girls and they are both very talented.

SHAKIRA SHAKIRA SHAIKRA!!! Rihanna who? Shaki all the way (I don't obsess, I just cover my basses well) She is a much more talented performer. Her first album was released when she was 16!! She now has the record for most played song on the radio (hips don't lie) If you really look into her career she has done allot. Ex. no belly dancing lessons ever!! Plus shes way hotter ;-)

Rhianna can't sing for anything but SOS has a good beat to it, and it helps that it samples Tainted Love ... Shakira's voice is different, I don't love her but again, Hips Don't Lie is a great little song for the beat and all .. and in the video, her moving her hips to the beat like that is nuts as far as I'm concerned .. Her hips are like not connected to her body!

Shakira is pretty AND talented. Her live performance are excellent and filled with energy. Rhianna is only pretty and isn't nearly as talented. Have you ever seen her perform live? She sucks!!! The only reason she has so much exposure is because her label is Roc-A-Fella and Jay-Z invested so much time in her. She's like a Jr. rip off of Beyonce'.
