FPS
good- controls and objectives easy to understand, quick thrill
bad- most are not very deep, de-ja-vu feeling over and over again,
a monkey could figure out what to do

MMORPG
good- deepest gameplay possible, immersive worlds
bad- huge time-sink, be ready to cut ties w/ family, friends,
significant others, or humans for that matter. You will
become familiar with the term "farming".

I'd say FPS's. They are cooler and you feel like you are actually in the game rather than some ruler controlling a stupid little puppet.
