I thought Hydrogen was bigger because it is diatomic?

Helium is "noble" gas, consisted of one atom and producing no molecular form. since it cannot be united with any other atom or molecule, it really is the most diffusive gas. Almost the same diffusivity is for all "noble " gases (far right of the periodical system) but they are slightly lower, due to higher atomic masses of those gases.

Hydrgen is the answer. Smaller molecule = more easily diffused.
